Jodie Gale is Appointed as Head of People and Culture

We’re extremely excited to announce the appointment of Jodie Gale as our new Head of People & Culture.


Jodie began her career with Roc Search in 2010 and her outstanding performance saw her named Sales Director in 2015. Having led the technology team for 6 years, Jodie is embarking on a new challenge to help support the next phase of growth for the Reading headquartered Roc Search.


Jodie Gale commented:


“After eight years in a sales focused role at Roc, three as director, I have achieved everything I set out to do at the start of my career, both personally and in terms of growing the business and people within it.


We’ve grown to 140 people in 10 years and the target is to reach 250 people by 2020. To help us achieve that we had been discussing the need for someone to be purely people focused, and I jumped at the chance for a fresh challenge.


I understand the Roc Search training programme, the career development plan and can understand the challenges, and opportunities, our sales teams have. And as a board member, I am in a position to implement changes quickly.


I’ll be taking a holistic approach to our talent strategy and ensuring all areas work together seamlessly.  From people development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, culture, talent management and organisation design, I am really excited about working with the teams to create an even better environment for our staff to grow their careers.”
