Our Culture

For us it has always been about people

The people we place, the people we work on behalf of and most importantly the people who work for us.

Our culture remains the same even as the company grows. We operate an open and transparent environment and at the heart of the business are our three main principles – honesty, integrity and communication. These are values we instil in everybody from their first day at Roc Search.

As well as our deep rooted culture, we also believe a rewarding working environment is important.  Alongside our competitive benefits package and incentives, we also run the following across the entire business to recognise achievement:

- Monthly promotions and special mentions
- Annual Summer BBQ and Christmas party
- Annual AGM recap and awards evening

A large part of our culture is corporate and social responsibility. A month doesn’t go by without a fundraising opportunity and we regularly support local charities.
